Our Personal Trainers are Qualified and Accredited THUMP Boxing & Kickboxing Instructors.

We run Boxing for Fitness classes which are an extremely fun and great way to get fit and interact with other like-minded people.

Boxing for Fitness improves co-ordination, weight loss, strength, and endurance.

The classes go for 60 minutes and are full of fun and challenging boxing exercises for everyone. We also run these classes for local sporting teams, business’ and their staff. They are a great way to build team morale and interaction between staff.

We ask you to register your interest and book in advance for these classes as they are extremely popular.
